RSR-Global Aligns with JM&A Group Offers Full-Scale F&I Training

JM&A Alliance Provides Industry Proven Strategies to GLOBALu Curriculum

Burlington, ON, (Date) – After recently announcing the launch of GLOBALu – University of Strategic Management – RSR Global is now releasing details about its alliance with JM&A Group and their collaboration to design RSR’s new F&I training program. Earlier this year, RSR Global identified the need to enhance its training solution and placed priority on offering industry tested and established training strategies to their dealer partners.

In comes JM&A, the recognized leading North American industry provider for F&I training philosophies, strategies, tactics and deployment, to work directly with RSR Global executives to design the curriculum. “The vetting process in selecting a vendor to supply the best approach for our end dealer customers was easy. GLOBALu was created to train F&I office staff, over a four day curriculum, in strategic management, objection handling, menu selling and customer retention techniques. Key to the program, and the major core competency provided by JM&A, is the focus on teaching a performance enhancing menu selling model. “Menu selling is not a new technique, yet it’s underused in the industry due to lack of expert training. This is JM&A’s niche, and now GLOBALu is putting that horsepower into action,” adds Langdon.

Furthermore, GLOBALu will provide ongoing in-store one-on-one follow-up and performance coaching. “The JM&A process is a proven process that helps dealers sell more cars, increase their profits, and boost customer satisfaction as a result of showing versus telling,” says Justina Davis, AVP, JM&A Group.

The GLOBALu curriculum is designed to optimize dealer F&I profits, but stresses that efficiency, transparency, customer satisfaction and ultimately customer retention are the delivery mechanisms. Langdon maintains that “education is always a good investment.”
